About AKADAMA Retro Red
AKADAMA is a distinctive Japanese glass bead known for its deep nostalgic Retro Red color and beautiful glossy finish This color has been produced for more than 20 years The beads are made from white glass beads called "Gendama" and carefully coated seven times by skilled Japanese craftsmen The repeated coating process creates the rich deep red color and luster that are characteristic of AKADAMA

Please Note
Because the coating is thick and firm a small burr may form around one side of the bead hole during production If necessary gently push the burr into the hole using a thin pointed tool such as a needle or T-pin Any remaining protruding part can be carefully pressed down with a fingernail or trimmed slowly with a cutter We do not recommend using a file because it may remove the surrounding red coating
